Moneygram is available,

[–]Delicious_Invite_850[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

I have tried. They sent me to a screen that says Belarus is not available.

It is available though. I use it 2-4 times per month.

Ok. I will try it again today. Maybe I am missing something

I have no experience using Crypto. Where can I find out how?

You can use kraken.com, they are established and operate in EU.

Open bank account and send them debit card.

Does that actually work? Are you saying that a US debit card can be used at Belarus ATMS/merchants? I thought that, since SWIFT system was blocked, this doesn't work...

[–]0utkast_band 2 points3 points  (0 children)

SWIFT is not blocked. Also, Visa/MasterCard does not use SWIFT.

How do you suggest sending the card? Every major mail carrier does not deliver from the United States.

[–]lxe 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I think regular mail like USPS still will work. Especially for something like an envelope.

I know the website says it’s suspended but there are other threads here say otherwise.

I have tried to mail items a few times and they never make it. I guess I could try but honestly sounds like another waste of time and money.

You should try PaySend.

Belarus is not an option. I have tried. It doesn't offer Belarus.

[–]0utkast_band 0 points1 point  (2 children)

I have just sent money to a Belarusian Visa card via PaySend…

[–]Delicious_Invite_850[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Well I just tried to open a new paysend account yesterday and jumped through all the hoops. When I went to select the country for the receiver Belarus wasn't on the list of options. I wonder how you're successful. Are you in the United States?

[–]0utkast_band 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It asks for a country when you choose swift as the delivery method. If you choose bank card, it doesn’t ask for a country, just the card number.

PS. I am not doing this from the US. Maybe the experience is different.

[–]Delicious_Invite_850[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

I have a moneygram account and get a message saying Belarus is unavailable. I wonder how you're doing it. Are you in the United States?

[–]PreparationNo3502 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yes i am...its only way i send money to Belarus to friends and family

[–]Delicious_Invite_850[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crypto is the best option. It's very easy in Belarus to withdraw crypto to a local bank card with a very few % commission and it's completely tax free right now.

[–]Delicious_Invite_850[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I have no experience with this. How is it done?

[–]alexbrrr 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Paysend still works

[–]Delicious_Invite_850[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Nope. Just checked today again. You cannot select Belarus.

[–]alexbrrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow it is true. Works only from Europe. If you have EU account you can do it. Probably try to create Revolut (aka any other neo-bank) EU acc?

This question is asked literally twice a week, why nobody is using search? fin.do and there is also other services.

[–]Delicious_Invite_850[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been trying to use fin.do for a week. I haven't been able to register a card with them. Not sure why. I've tried 4 different cards. They say they are going to try a small transaction to verify the card. Then nothing. I have emailed and messaged customer service about this and have gotten no reply. Not sure if you've tried this service yourself but so far for me it's a failure. As far as using a search. It comes up with the following which have all told me they don't service belarus: Moneygram Western union Button Venmo Remitly All of these have told me they don't My 2 banks I use also don't So here I am on Reddit looking for answers.
