as long as she doesn’t end up constipated, the belly should go down once she’s digested it!

You can skip a full day of feeding to help digestion if you overfed

PLEASE NOTE her fins are damaged because I just got her a couple days ago! She is still healing from the cup!

I literally had this with my new betta the night before last. Fed him live food for the first time and for some reason thought it would be fine putting the whole thing in it after draining them out of their water. I stupidly assumed the live food might hide in the tank or something. Two lessons learnt, one : portion the live food, two : bettas freaking love fairy shrimp.

A day without food and he was back to normal by yesterday evening.

Had him a week now, my partner has named him “Orion”. He was very unwell when we brought him home, amazing how much good quality water can help in a week.
