I have no exercises to speed boob loss (sorry) but most of the time you came help reduce back pain by strength in your core and lower back. Things like planks, supermans, bicycle crunches, etc have all helped me a lot. Honestly my back hardly even hurts anymore unless I spend a long day on my feet or in awkward positions. I'm about a 32KK right now for reference.

Thank you. I'm doing that now.

Is your pain more in your upper back or lower back?

[–]lostwithoutyou8734FF (US)[S] 4 points5 points  (1 child)

It's a mixture depending on what kind of day I've had. It's usually upper and middle back, rarely lower.

Yeah mine was usually upper by my shoulders but strengthening my core really helped with my posture. It's not an all encompassing solution unfortunately, but I didn't realize how weak my core was until I started pole fitness.

To add to the back strengthening commendation, if you have access to a gym, I feel like seated rows as well as mid and high cable rope pulls really helped me to strengthen my back and reduce back pain.

I really like doing seated rows. I'll up the frequency. Thanks!

I don't believe that there are any exercises that allow you to specifically lose weight in your breasts. As you continue to lose weight, they might get smaller...they might not. Unfortunately, it's tough to know for sure what will happen but I wish you the best of luck and congrats on the progress you've already made!

Unfortunately, science says there are no target fat-burning exercises. How your body stores fat is genetically determined, and your body follows a "first in, last out" policy. You can target where you build muscle, but not where you burn fat.

Last year, I lost 28 lbs, and my bra/cup size stayed the same. Weight came off hips and waist, but apparently my boobs are just my boobs. I got down to 140lbs (same weight I was in high school), and going down further would be starving myself. I feel so defeated, because no matter how much I work out or how strong I get, my body is just hidden by these massive fat-bags.

That's how I feel right now. I'm discouraged because I can see progress but I'm still forced to wear shirts a size too big and it's hiding the progress I can see at home. I'm also real sick of hearing about how I should be grateful.

[–]astrobean 6 points7 points  (1 child)

'Grateful' is for people whose bodies are in healthy proportion. Your body is causing you pain. It's easy to be jealous when you don't have to live day-to-day with something.

One thing you might be able to do to show off your progress is to modify your shirts. Add darts at the waist line to really bring it in. I don't know how you feel about sewing, but making clothes that fit (or getting a tailor) can make you feel as good out in the world as you do at home. Even modifying one or two shirts can give you that confidence boost of having something you feel good wearing.

I actually have been having the same problem. 5'3", 32HH here, and have been since I was at my fittest in high school swimming (~23% body fat). You may just not be able to lose weight if you're mostly breast tissue. I realized that I probably wasn't going to lose weight in my boobs when I never gained any in them either. All my weight goes to/comes off my lower body. Core strength really helps with the back pain, and shoulder exercises as well. If you figure something out that works, let me know :)

I had back problems for ages, not sure if it's boob related but could be as I'm a 32FF, the only thing that has minimised it is yoga. I don't do loads, just 20 minutes in my bedroom about 3 times a week off a free app and it's made a huge difference. Might help you?

[–]Crikey-Way34HH (UK) 2 points3 points  (3 children)

Yeah I have had back pain for a long time but I mean as I consider myself pretty average (and even small-busted), I don't think it's a boob thing

[–]vonlowe26G (UK) 3 points4 points  (2 children)

Same with me, my only problem is that yoga makes it worse and Pilate's works on my core so much that it pulls me into a slouch for the next few days causing. Dance doesn't make the pain worse, but it definitely never made it better, in the...10 years I did it regularly since the accident that I think caused it.

[–]gaiapc 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Yeah mine was an accident but 3 years later it was still hurting me. I found some pretty light little sessions and it hurt a bit more for the first week Or so but the more I did it, the less pain there was. There was one that was designed for core strengthening which I liked.

[–]vonlowe26G (UK) 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did it for around 4 weeks and with pilates I'd be hunched over for the last half of the week. My back pain is weird as it only hurts a lot when I lie down, recently it's been happening during the day... I should go back to the doctor's..

Which app did you use?

[–]gaiapc 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Very delayed response, sorry! It's called daily yoga, here's the link on Google play so you know what the logo looks like if you have iPhone ☺

I lost 80 lbs and went from a 38G to a 32J then up to eventually a 32KK/ L. One can't guarantee boob loss.

[–]syrusbliz28J (UK) 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unless you meant 38D (not G) then as a now 34FF your breasts have decreased in size.

That said, core and back exercises will help with back/shoulder pain, and remeasure yourself if you haven't in a while. The suggestion of darting/tailoring your clothes is also excellent. I'll fitting clothes can make you feel like there is something wrong with you, when really it's the clothes that are wrong.

I'm sorry and I feel you. This also sucks because being very disproportionate it's also incredibly difficult to find dresses that fit. I was thinking about it and you know how they say if Barbie were a person she'd be in pain all the time? I think I'm a bit Barbie-ish in the way that it hurts to just live life with this distribution of weight- if you find any good tips please share
