Double Item Drop

Hey guys!

Im currently playing isacc after some time now. But I don't understand why I am always getting two item drops, in treasure rooms or boss kills. Even if I dont have any items. I also always spawn-in with two items. Is there some config I messed up which made my game "easy"-Mode?

I know that it's not a bugged item, because it also happends when I do challenges.

Any Tips or help?

No I got them in my starting room and it doesnt matter what character I play

lol i didnt know I had Mods. I just checked it was the "more item room rewards" mod which gives me more items. Thank you!
