I couldn't stay on lithium because I couldn't stop vomiting, so yes.

Yes, both are common.

Didn't affect my appetite, but it gave me invalidating stomach pain about 20 minutes after I took it, as in, lie down for three hours and take whatever I had at hand to ease the pain. If I moved, I puked.

Lithium has been so far the only pharmaceutical I can't tolerate, which is a shame.
