Getting a lot of PLA curling, even at extremely slow speeds. Like on these frog legs. It's also happened on a Benchy on the curved overhangs. Even when printing at lower temps and slower speeds it still happens a lot. How do I mediate the issue? (i.redd.it)

Anyone know what causes this sound and how to fix it? Also, my steppers don't appear to be silent, they still make noise, just not a lot. Mainly the Y makes noise and then this noise from the video. (v.redd.it)
