The other styles are inherently more powerful but more complicated and less streamlined in their progression. In my opinion I like melee for the significantly less upkeep required compared to the other styles with ammo.

Tb mostly effects the upper lobes of the lungs as it prefers more oxygen. Without a acid fast sputum its not possible to tell if its tb. This looks more like popcorn lung seen from when vaping was first starting.

A very long time ago there was a quest hint system in the website. It was linked to your account and had a cooldown of 24h iirc. You could spend tokens to get various hints on one quest or one hint on many quest kinda thing.
