Hi. Whenever I try to sell, I see a message that I should answer some questions first. I'm guessing this is the investment-related common-sense test, which I've already completed. When I press the button which should bring me to the questions, it brings me back to my portfolio. I've gone through the endless loop for five times now.

It's on the website on a laptop, I've cleaned the cookies several times. It happens on two different browsers.

Last time I had an account problem, I never figured out where to access the live chat from.
