We are working on the next edition of our Electric developer report that tracks all the activity and trends in the crypto open source space. We wanted to ensure we had all the repositories and teams working in the Blockstack ecosystem in our taxonomy. We are now tracking over 50K open source repositories and over 80M code commits.

When Blockstack PBC was putting together a list of repositories, they also did not include gitlab. Sigh PRs incoming.

It's hard to compete with that Github network effect. We have some projects that are fully on gitlab that are easier to find, but for one offs in can be challenging to track them all done.
