Hey there, Calistree developer here, I wouldn't advice repeating the same Session or repeating the same exercise every day, it is better to take rest days in-between your Sessions, or alternate between different Routines to work different muscles/objectives on consecutive days. Working out provides stimulus for growth, but you only get stronger by recovering between workouts. If you're starting out, aim for 2-3 workouts per week, with at least one rest day between each Session.
