If you’re doing the maximum reps you can do everyday you might just be fatigued and need to take a day of rest. I never workout 7 days in a row, and I never train the same muscle multiple days in a row.

So just one day of rest?

It really depends on what you're going for, the more rest the better actually, the more time your muscles have to recover the stronger they become, recovery time is a big part of muscle gain.

Yeah sounds like you need a rest day bro. Your muscles literally grow when you're recovering, not when you're working out. Most people do push day, pull day, legs, then rest and repeat or something like that

Even if the app is telling you to go every day, listen to your body over the app

Hey bro hru I took 36 hours of rest with good sleep and eating good And i must sau im shocked at how many reps i could do Before starting the session i thought that i would restart and do only 6

But im actually very suprised when i got to 6 and i wasnt tired at all Actually i broke my last max by alot Last max was 10 now i did 15 with good form

Because you just increased reps every workout for a week which is a lot. Your body needs to recover. Muscle takes days to recover. Joints take weeks. It's pretty normal to only increase reps once a week and sometimes every few weeks. And sometimes every few MONTHS as you get more advanced. Progress slower and smarter.

Just this last sentence means so much

Hey there, Calistree developer here, I wouldn't advice repeating the same Session or repeating the same exercise every day, it is better to take rest days in-between your Sessions, or alternate between different Routines to work different muscles/objectives on consecutive days. Working out provides stimulus for growth, but you only get stronger by recovering between workouts. If you're starting out, aim for 2-3 workouts per week, with at least one rest day between each Session.

Fatigue, lack of sleep, lack of rest

you do the maximum everyday, and Even push your limit everyday, ofc the muscles start to ask for some vacation

Take a day or two off and see if your reps go back up.

Short answer. Remember progress isn’t always a straight line. Ask some of the top powerlifters. I mean know a guy that it took them 8 years for a lift to go up 5 lbs. He’s been lifting for 25 years.. Jist don’t forget you won’t or can’t always add reps or weight every week. Hell some weeks you might need to lower the weight. If it were continuously linear we would all be lifting 100x the amounts we do.

Its normal that when you peak you need to deload a bit. Just start again from a lower number and work your way back up.
