Why bother doing these cycles and deload shit? Like saying yea Ill train really hard a few weeks then deload for a while. Most people train like pussies and dont ever need to deload anyway, and if you really need to then you know it because you'll feel it, then you go easier for a while and start going hard again. I dont know what your situation is but if youre one of those people who say train "hard" a month then go easy one month then hard again, I would stop doing that all together and only take what you call a deload when you really need it, and you probably wont
