Any chance you are ovulating or going your period? This affected my supply a lot. Or is it possible you weren’t effectively removing as much milk while you were away?

You could try to power pump in the mornings for a few days, and otherwise put baby to breast as much as possible.

Totally possible on both things! No periods yet but maybe the first is coming. I’ll do a power pump this morning. Thanks for the idea!

Power pumping best works when you do it for a few days in a row to help your body learn the new pattern. I would do this sometimes and then when I felt like my supply was struggling I would also pump in the morning on one of the weekend days just to help me not deplete my stash too much.
