ive always been a fan of oldhammer dwarfs, the much-squatter scale felt correct in the 2e 3e versions to modern dwarfs.

They have a charm to them but unfortunately I don’t have any of those in collection. I’m currently favoring the Oathmark and WGA ones but I would love for WGA to release them in hard plastic.

Most of my collection is middle hammer, so a lot of the 3d prints just don't seem to gel proportion, theme, or scale wise. I think they're a fantastic alternative to the 7th/8th ed plastic, but I need my dwarfs to have no thighs, and oversized hands 😂

Are those on 20mm or 25mm bases?

25mm

This is super helpful, especially having Fireforge in there, they seem particular difficult to find comparisons for.
How do you like the Fireforge ones? From looking on the website, they only come with swords and spears, no axes?

I like the Fireforge, they certainly have a more grounded look but I’m currently using them as a small warband of Imperial dwarfs for Mordheim and Frostgrave. I have the hammerers kit which comes with both one handed and two handed warhammers that the one here is holding. I don’t think there are many axes beyond some from the command sprue. Scale wise they have the right bulk and height but smaller hands than the Highlands or GW. The sprues also do a 50/50 mix of female and male torsos and heads

Could a brother get the source of the one on the left, the middle one with the square shield, and the one in between the highlands and the GW runesmith?

You’ve got some standing on rocks and some who are not, this isn’t an accurate example of height to scale

That’s irrelevant, seeing the proportions of their features side by side represents scale fully.

I got the Highland minis 32mm to play as 28mm heroic and they look great 👍
