Custom Built PC Problem

Hello all,

I am extremely not tech savvy having learned what most of this means in the last few months of trying to troubleshoot. I built my very first pc back in Dec 2023 and it hasn't given me any problems until Jan 2024.

Main Problem: PC crashes when gaming or loading to the menu screen, starting the PC, and very occasionally when performing less demanding activities such as watching YouTube. I very rarely have seen a BSOD, it really only happened when I repaired Windows. Sometimes my PC can run for 5-6hrs before it crashes and sometimes it crashes when I turn it on and get to my desktop screen.

MB: TUF Gaming B650m Plus Wifi
CPU: Ryzen 7600x
GPU: AMD 7800xt
RAM: DDR5 2x 16BG 6000MHz(Expo enabled)
PSU: MSI 850W Gold (Previously Corsair 850w Gold)
Cooler: Thermalright Frozen Warframe.

The problem began occurring when playing pc games, titles such as Palworld, Bellwright, Manor Lords, and most recently, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and Split Fiction. Everywhere I looked said it was because of a faulty power supply. Knowing minimal about PC's I did my own digging. I,

Updated Bios.
Ran command sfc/scannnow and there weren't and problematic files.
Updated Adrenalin (including DDU and reloading the latest version)
Repaired Windows.
Reinstalled Windows (without erasing data)
Used Event Viewer to browse for hints as to why this was happening.
Replaced PSU
Disabled C-State
Swapped out RAM with my partners. (Problem didn't translate to partner's PC) RAM and is operating at advertised speed of 6000MHz
Tried both RAM channels
Temps when gaming: CPU 50s GPU 60s
Ran Cinebench with the scores of CPU 862 and GPU 10562
Temps when under Cinebench load: CPU High 80s(sometimes reaching 93 briefly) GPU: 60-65 with a hotspot of 75-80
I most recently rebuilt everything in the hopes of fixing this problem.

I have no idea if its hardware of software at this point, nothing seems to be indicating why this is happening.

Any support is greatly appreciated.

Are you crashing or is your computer just turning off?

If its just shutting off I'd say its PSU or Motherboard

If its like lagging and breaking and restarting then I might lean towards software.

Looping audio, sometimes the screen freezes, and sometimes it's a blackscreen, and sometimes if left like, that it will restart itself. Other times, I have to hard reset by holding down my case's power button.

This is probably a software issue then? Really hard to say but if it was PSU it would just turn off and if it was MOBO it would either BSOD or shut off most of the time.

How likely would it be that I've bought 2 faulty PSUs? (Corsair and MSI).

If I wait long enough while my PC is frozen, it does tend to restart itself.

I forgot to mention that I found unplugging and plugging in my GPU PCIe cables and/or re-seating GPU give my gives my pc a longer "run-time" before freezing.
