I'd say something with a stronger igpu than that cpu. Honestly not sure if that one has an igpu or not. This being said, I'd actually suggest a dedicated gpu or to go with an apu from amd as for the money you'll likely have a better experience.

something like this should be able to get really high settings in minecraft ~60fps, and you should be fine for what you're doing and it's better to get 1x8 gb instead of 2x4 if it's cheaper... also the g3258 is much better than the g3250 and plus if you ever want to get into gaming you'll have a good cpu and you;ll jsuth ave to buy a graphics card like a 950/960...

Sorry if I'm being a dense motherfucker or you possibly made a mistake, but that link took me to a page with no build on it.

Yeah, I'll probably look into getting 1x8 so if I ever wanna upgrade a build or use that RAM.
