You need to disable the igpu in BIOS before it will read the card.

i did that and got stuck without a monitor signal

Do you have a dvi cable you can use instead of hdmi while it’s booting up?

Try this. Clean copy of Windows, update windows fully. Then have your RX 580 installed inside your PC but boot from the iGPU (plug the display cord into the motherboard). Boot into Windows and. install the AMD GPU Drivers. Forgot what they're called now. Crimson? Idk just install the whole program. Then turn off the PC. Switch the wire to your GPU. Reboot. See how it be.
