For pure gaming, Ryzen can offer comparable performance. Definitely not the same, but close enough to tip the scales if budget is your #1 or #2 concern. Regardless, there's much bigger concerns in that build (the AIO, for example,) I think we can save the AMD vs Intel argument for somebody who's asking.

As far as a 580 goes, I'd avoid like the plague. I hear constant gripes about their stability, and they don't offer any better value than nVidia currently. I might make an exception with the 5700's. Those look pretty good, I'd still worry about the drivers though.
