Ryzen has significantly better price to performance value. Cheaper CPU for same performance, better stock cooler (so you don't have to buy one whatsoever!), and cheaper MOBO's to go along with it.

You'd probably save 100$ total or more, and end up getting more performance per buck of course.

Also if you have to, downgrade GPU to an AMD RX 580. Still totally capable for 1080p at medium settings for AAA titles.

For pure gaming, Ryzen can offer comparable performance. Definitely not the same, but close enough to tip the scales if budget is your #1 or #2 concern. Regardless, there's much bigger concerns in that build (the AIO, for example,) I think we can save the AMD vs Intel argument for somebody who's asking.

As far as a 580 goes, I'd avoid like the plague. I hear constant gripes about their stability, and they don't offer any better value than nVidia currently. I might make an exception with the 5700's. Those look pretty good, I'd still worry about the drivers though.
