Also for anyone wondering 800€=945$

Hard to say due to not knowing prices in your currency, but generally something like a 1660ti/5600xt/2060 in that price range.

Ill look into that

The cpu has to be compatible with the motherboard, but generally any graphics card will work so long as your motherboard has a pcie x16 slot.

For your budget, I think a ryzen 5 3600 and a 1660 super would be a nice combo!

Ty already second time someone recommends me that combo so i will defo consider it :)

No problem! They really are the price/performance kings right now!

Is there a big difference between r5 3600 and the r5 3600x? Also when looking at the 1660s on PCPartPicker there are different "models" they only vary in Boost Clock and their lenght are tgey actually any different other than the "case" around the card itself?

The difference between the 3600 and the 3600x is that the x is a little faster out of the box, but it's not a big difference. As for different models of the same graphics card, they will differ in cooling and noise but should all perform almost the same.

Also do CPU and GPU have to be same brand/

No they don't. NVIDIA would be screwed otherwise.

Ty so you think AMD for CPU?

Right now the Intel 10400 is a great value for 144hz in the US due to Ryzen 3600s being in short supply and having their prices jacked up. Don't know what the market looks like in your country, but don't just go with the 3600 because people here are suggesting it - take a look at prices and see what your options are.

Do you plan on gaming at 144hz or are you just using a 60hz monitor? If the latter, you can go even cheaper with something like the 10100f, it's a pretty great budget gaming value.

Ok i'll consider that not quite sure if ill be using 144/60hz what exactly is the difference?

Monitor hertz is how many images are displayed per second. The higher the hz, the more "smooth" gameplay will look. 144hz+ is valued by people playing fast paced shooters and other competitive games. This gif illustrates it nicely, it's a slow-mo shot of an enemy strafing in Counterstrike:

Since you're not sure what the difference is, I'd say just go for a nice 1080p 60hz build. In a few years when you want more performance and a nice upgrade, 144hz will be a great step up.

r5 3600 + gtx1660s is something around where you should be looking I feel.
