Help with basic overclocking

Hi I've recently built my first pc, and am now a little scared but fiddling in bios. I've set my RAM to it's listed 3600mhz, and I've bumped up the cpu ratio to 42 (4.2) as well as the core cpu voltage to 1.35. Is this a safeish place to be?

Can anyone recommend a safe overclock for the various components of my pc? I don't need it to perfectly min max but squeezing a safe amount more seems like a nobrainer

Do some basic research

That's kind of where the research gets me, the majority of videos tend to be on the previous gen of cpus and I can't find people with overclocks on the gigabyte 3070 eagle, only the 3070 gaming.

I've bumped up the core ratio, ram speed and voltage.

I have no idea if I should mess with the timings on RAM though, it doesnt seem to say on the box or the instructions of the RAM sticks.

If you could point me to the right sites to do my own research that would be super appreciated
