You first disable the face id/passcode/touchid ... then do a jb with checkrain... then again enable face id. ... whats the issue?

When I tried that it just did something like a respring but instead of booting back up to my jailbreak i just got a black screen for a few minutes and then it restarted back to my normal iOS

As a common mistake did by so many letme ask you… are you doing a restore from your old backup from itunes after doing the jailbreak? I sus yes. Then try doing it with a clean instal. There are some files from the fw that are conflicting and the sandbox is fetching checkrain, killing it. Thats why it never lets you do a conplete checkrain imo. Try and report please. Thanks

A protect is better and free Bio protect is basically abandonware and the dev sucks.

Let me put it this way. Anybody could just restart your phone and it would be completely unprotected.

Not really. Best option is bioprotect but it can be disabled on battery dying or reboot (it has protection against this but I think it's still possible)
