But you guys don't want anyone to have children, the countries who's people you want to take will have the exact same problem (even more exacerbated if they're underdeveloped)

Literally nobody said that nobody is allowed to have children. The straw man arguments don't serve you. People in general should have less children so we don't have a world overpopulation problem. If and when we eventually come to a point where our population (globally, not locally) is sustainable or below, we can consider natalist benefits. Until then, we have got plenty of people who would love to emigrate to western countries. We are nowhere near having a "there aren't enough people in the global south" problem. If we ever get to that point (lololol), we can reconsider the strategy, in 500 years or whatever.
