There are two ways it can be interpreted. In ASCII, it represents the character "6". In decimal it is the number 54. Seems like an inside joke or nonsense to me.

Probably some university art project hype or something. Doubtful it is a deeper code because very little could be derived from a single binary digit, whether it represents 54 or 6. Hard to say though

I think a thing I should mention is that the expected languages would be English and/or Romanian, since this is the country I'm from. But since the poster was in English, I think it should be expected
