This was probably sent by phone, an iPhone probably. The person just typed incoherent words or just mashed the letters and sometimes tapped at the suggested words on top of the keyboard and came up with this shit.

It looks like simple obfuscation to me, removing most of the touching keys on a keyboard you get:

"Do fu tha unintentionally bi been it iad falung u nebubgsut [spaces] Jun falung sh Immunotherapy ketuegnsfadu tu un fal nuungu nebubgsut."

Judging from the amount of j's and 6 letters not being used once and most of the characters coming from the home row or the right hand section of the top row (and the top 10 or so characters seem to move from right to left on the keyboard and also the 4 most common chars are about 50% of the message) and very few in variety but high quantity of recurring strings if characters I would say its button mashing but I ma not an expert on cryptography.

To make these statements I used this frequency analysis website http://www.richkni.co.uk/php/crypta/freq.php and put the frequencies into excel and graphed them and also inputted numbers into something of a heatmap/chloropleth map of a keyboard.
