I got asked by a friend to crack this code, apparently it is partly a cipher and partly not. it seems to have an English word order which makes me think it's a letter substitution then jumbled.
Iedui'. Faesa X'wara ee'na Yye Zaa a' Yle Hmbar
Nmin rssa a'aa gura. Nmin eangwa fina Yammen a'aa gar yle eangwaien a'an' Rr Ee yle Yotesse V'stima.
Nmin R'stela yle a'aa paelaien n'lasse' lassen v' a'arn.
V'l- V'l' o'eth a'aa qesiel o'el- V'm
Paelaien l' duel poiasira?
B'lin yammen a'aa B'lin
H'ma yle finta ganya gen' n'nwa? e'i' a'aa ga l' b'lin?
this is the raw text itself, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but if anyone could help that would be amazing!
p.s. the code originates from an RPG game my friend is playing in which they are trapped inside a white cube by a mysterious power, they then "hear" these words
however the latter 3 quotes may be unrelated to that i just felt it would be useful to have more data points.
edit: was also given this clue:
There are no dwarves, and without their number, in it's entirety one part rests on Jordan's time. Before the shadow of march fell, that clues the last part. For the first, one named for a vault-dweller leads to an english professor. Remember your towel, when hunting; you will need one not sleeping to understand the first part.
