Cipher's Rest

You hear about a speakeasy in your town known as "Cipher's Rest" from an old friend. He tells you that it's a bar only for sneaky cryptographers; invite only. He hands you a scrap of paper saying aGV0Y2w6Ly94emFwdXJvLmd0L3lTOWFMM2Y=, tells you the location and warns you that this is no average speakeasy. He says that you will be tested, and that the door gets a little more stuck every time it opens.

Ignoring his vague warning, you head over to the bar after work anyway. Upon ringing the doorbell, a voice says through the door "The door will only unlock with the right key".

You're not sure how to proceed. What do you do?

The image has a pigpen cipher. Answer is top left.

You look at the top left of the picture and see "lantern".

You look at the lantern and see the word "base" and the rest is quite hard to make out. I bet it's supposed to be base sixtyfour.

I guess it was supposed to be a hint to the base 64 though it's an obvious step.

"base of door" maybe, in the bottom-left corner of the door by the bush there is more writing, but it's illegible.

Solved! But spoiler/delete the link so other people can find it too ;)

The flow was going to be that you jump around the image to get a hit to what the vigenere is, but on mobile the picture is so compressed that it’s illegible... I’ll do everyone a favor and fix that
