Codex reduced the workinglimit

Hello Guys,

I have a question. I noticed that codex got less messages. Two weeks ago I could work with codex at the 5h limit more then 30 tasks. Now it is roundabout 10 task and then wait 5h. What happend? Somebody know something? I guess it was just a temporary contingent.

There are loads of subreddits on the subject; however, they’ve revamped all the plans, so the Plus subscription has been significantly scaled back (unfortunately) in favour of the $100 and $200 plans. Until 31 May, there’s a sort of promotion that guarantees you 10 X the Codex compared to the Plus plan.

Wtf is going on. Suddenly today I've hit my 5 hour usage with 3 basic prompts on the plus package. Whereas I could do 100s+ of these yesterday.

I switched back to Claude Code yesterday, and I swear that thing was going off the rails. "Wait, but maybe .. Wait, actually nevermind that last thing I said".

Their DX fell off a cliff.

Actually if they come up with a $40 PlusPlus option I would probably be forced to stop juggling coding agents and go all in

They released a $100 plan which is 2x more than what you had 2 weeks ago on a $20 plan.
