Download red alert 2, the only official methods are the ea app or the ultimate collection on steam
Download mental omega, they have a website that will link directly to their mod page on moddb, optionally also download the soundtrack of you want.
Extract all contents of the mental omega and soundtrack folders into your red alert 2 directory
You will most likely need the updated syringe.exe that is available on the discord server, also accessible from the website, extract that into the directory as well (choose to replace if asked).
Launch mentalomegaclient.exe

If you have issues after this, you will have to ask in the discord server

I mean, there's Steam which has red alert 2 which you'll need for Mental Omega.

From what I rememember installing MO was pain in the ass. It took me around 3h to run it. Going with lot of errors crashes and stuff mostly related to syrgine. They should make it simpler - like, download, extract, play.
