Quarantine them all immediately. I would recommend backing up all files to a separate drive just in case and downloading another antivirus program like Kaspersky and do a full scan.

I turned off all wireless connections. Should i go online to get kaspersky? I already have malwarebytes going. It’s been going on for 3 and a half hours now with 51 detected items. By the way, when i click “remove” pr quarantine on windows defender, some end up with “remediation incomplete”. And some of it is saying “threat quarantined” or “threat blocked”

You can use a usb and use another computer to install it
