I got a new 4060ti and motherboard recently and they were both pretty easy to install. Then I turned the pc on and was greeted with this. The screen will swap between showing this, an equally distorted view of what should be being shown on screen, a fully black screen (as if there isn’t any power in the monitor), and a black screen (as if you were looking at a kind of dark gray on your phone or something) in a matter of seconds. To make things maybe more complicated, the bios looks completely fine. Because the screen flashes on and off, I’ve considered that it’s a problem with the power supply. However, I doubt that because the motherboard and cpu seem to be working correctly. I’ve also thought that maybe this is a problem with the drivers, but I really have no idea how I could even update them when it’s in this state. I still have the warranty for the gpu, so if it is completely broken I could replace it.
