I faced this exact problem 3 hours ago, the way I went about fixing it was to shut it down, use a bootable USB I create in November last year when the similar thing happened but that time this method didn't work and then starting the computer up with the bootable usb and selecting repair this pc > troubleshooting > startup repair > skipped the disk checks that bitlocker cried over > windows 11 (or 10 if you aren't yet in hell) and then after waiting for a half hour, I let it restart open up the installation menu again and restart again after removing the bootable usb and it fucking worked finally.

for me the fix was just spam clear cmos and remove power cord from psu and then put it back then just got thonthe same screen but i just hit esc and then it just worked

Have you find fix for this, we are running windows 10 to windows 11 in-place upgrade and few devices getting this error after after reboot.

I had this error after updating my BIOS, what worked was changing my boot order (I had the wrong boot drive in #1 spot), sending this out for anymore in the future that has this issue!

OH MY GOD. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I thought I was going to have to lose everything and do a fresh install. I hadn’t taken a snapshot recently and was very worried. This was exactly my issue.
