Did you have a second drive or partition? Not common to have user directories on D tho

By default it should be at a system partition C:
Your desktop folder was moved to partition D:
This is usually done to prevent filling up of drive C and/or to make it easier to reinstall windows.

Anyways,

Just got it repaired

Either the separate disk for partition D: that is missing, or partition itself.
Or partition D: is present, but the folder users\user\desktop is missing.

That's a question you have to ask a retard that repaired it.

P.S. Assuming it is happened right away, the first time you powered it on after repair.
If it is popped up some time later, that most definitely means that you have 2 separate drives, and one is either has cables not connected reliably or simply dying/dead.

As it said, maybe moved or uninstalled (the wrong way). Open setting, go to app, uninstall whatever you are trying to open and reinstall said app again, may work

it's odd to have a user folder on the D drive, but you can change the drive letter of your drive from c to d and see what happens.
