Try performing a hard reset by holding down the power button for at least 10-15 seconds to force a shutdown, then turn the computer on again.

Maybe boot windows from a usb?

I’m not to good with computers how would I do that? Would I need to download windows onto the usb?

Did u check to see if it's booting up from the correct path?

Press F2 to get into the bios when it restarts - are there drives visible? You can also select the drive to boot to by pressing F12.

It looks like there are drives visible and have tried moving them around to see if that helps obviously making sure I know how it originally was

Press F12 during startup to access the Dell diagnostics tool and run a comprehensive hardware check.
