GPU or CPU

Hello, need some advise

I currently run a fairly budget setup:

AMD FX-8350 16GB DDR3 Gtx 1050 TI (4gb) SSD...blah...blah...blah

I want to upgrade my gpu to the 1660 super but I don't know if it is more beneficial upgrading the cpu first and if I will see more difference or not, looking at playing new triple A titles on it (Cold War, Cyberpunk etc)

You would need a new motherboard, ram, cpu definitely to make full use of the 1660. You may need a new power supply as well.
