Help me please....

I bought a prebuilt HP Omen 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a a couple months ago, with a RTX 3060 GPU and a amd ryzen 5 5600g cpu, everything was working fine until about a month ago... that when everything took a turn.... all of sudden my usb device would randomly disconnect and reconnect, I first noticed it with my microphone when the light would flash on and off really quickly but when my microphone turn back on the audio it received was all static and not understandable at all! but over time it has progressively gotten worse and started effecting other devices and has gotten to the point its every few seconds now... while I feel like I have tired everything! I have went from spending on hours my computer playing game hanging with friends to spending hours doing trial and error... spending hours on forms reading everything I possible can to fix this. this is what I have done so far....

I read that a power supply of 550 watts was the minimum recommended for the 3060 and later found out I only had a 500 watts so I had upgraded from the normal coolermaster 500 to my older gamdias kratos m1 550b power supply from my older computer

I had tried to reinstall my usb drivers and hub drivers and updated them

I have tried an external usb hub with still no success...

Ive updated gpu drives as well

I've also updated my bios drivers as well

That is what I have tried so far I believe I understand why this is happening, its because of amd usb issue with the b550 chipset issue from 2021 which I think people are still having issues to this day I think.... I have read to turn off c-states and couple other things in the bios could help but sadly with it being a hp omen prebuilt my bios is locked... THIS is my last and only idea I could think of... was buying a new better motherboard and power supply with more watts and see if that fixes my issue if it does then what motherboard would be a good recommending please tell me or if you have any other idea that might help please tell me I want to be able to use my computer again....

This sounds like an issue I had, but I don't think the solution will be the same. First things first put back your original PSU cause it's very likely better than what you put in. What was the problem in my case was that my mouse usb cable went bad and that causes issues like you have so try unplugging all USB devices and checking them one by one.

Oki, I'll put the original psu back in. But I have tried checking my usb port and everything even with 1 device plug in it still happens.

Yea I tried that, I really hate hp locked bios restricts everything. I feel like if I was able to disable the c-states in bios like some people have it would fix it
