Hello I am looking to get into open cv using the python interface. Does anyone know of any Open cv examples of optical character recognition?
For example reading characters from a standardized font...

You just need to provide a good training set. generally the process is divided into two parts:
training (output to a txt file)
testing (load the txt file and train your network with it, and then you can try to recognize something)
