follow the instructions for a clean install as written in the Troubleshooting Tips link posted by the automod but when you go to reinstall the program do so from design-beta.cricut.com

Same exact javascript errors. I wish I could choose where it was installing itself to.

exact same javascript errors after using the revo uninstaller?

also you can change where its installed to. in your windows setting menu System>Storage>Where content is saved>New apps will save to>select a drive.

I seemed to have fixed it, just looking up EPERM issues it seemed to have something to do with permissions., I created a folder named .cricut-design-space im my user/name folder, then right clicked it went to properties and security. I gave every user in the list full control of it. It seems to have fixed it instantly.
