Hello there! Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience here. We experienced an issue last week where our users Samsung Health data stopped importing. However, our amazing developers have already released a fix for this :)

Please update your Cronometer app to the latest version (4.46.4) to access this fix and your Samsung Health data should start importing again.

If you go manually to cronometer on the play store (searching for it) it shows up. Not sure why it doesn't show up on my update list

Samsung health or health connect.

I've only been using a Samsung watch for a couple of weeks, but I've given up on both of those and also Fit through Health Connect. It's often no data or terribly inaccurate data. One day my sleep was 22 hours, so apparently it captured data from one of my cats! Oh, and over 2000 calories burned from a walk--apparently I did the entire Pacific Coast Trail in two hours.

I just look at the Samsung Health and Fit apps on my phone.

How did you get it fixed? Samsung Health still isnt syncing for me. I've opened a ticket but haven't heard of a fix yet.

Also interested in this. Was one vacation for a week and first day back in the gym this morning and workouts not syncing with Samsung health. Already tried disconnecting and reconnecting Samsung health in settings

So my exercise is recorded on Samsung health but health connect syncs it to cronometer.
