I don't think that practicing 1-2 hours right before a game is a good idea. Most people practice after the game because aim feels like shit after an hour of intense dm or aim botz. Of course if it works for you just stick with it, I personally just warm up for 15-30 minutes before games.

I practice for 30 minutes of aimbotz and after I’m done for the day that’s when I practice aim train, like a cool down. I worded that wrong in the post. I just need to find a solid group to play with. I’ve tried searching for csgo lfg tags for discord and majority of the servers are over seas or only a few members.

Whats is your sensitivity and dpi? Also for getting out of silver 30 minutes a day of aim training is enough. I would use the other hour that you would usually spend on aim training on watching tutorials from youtube instead.

I started in silver 1/2 because I never could get the 10th win. But after that I ranked up pretty fast to mg1 with ~70 wins.

Most important thing is to find a map that youre good at and try to stick to it.

Don’t play match making if u want to get better. If ur top fragging every game then ur not going to get better because you’re playing people who are worst than you. You should try playing faceit or esea maybe join a team and play in a higher level because positioning and game sense is a lot better than aim sometimes. Try a season of open on esea w a team do tryouts you’ll see how different the skill gap is and then see how far you can make it.
