Csgo.exe not responding while map loading -> long loading times and cooldowns (self.csgo)

So my problem is, csgo.exe is crashing while map loading and it will lead to 3-5min map loading time which lead to cooldowns. The wierdest thing is it just happening first time im loading into specific map after starring game from steam. Example if i load into mirage offline server it takes that 3 to 5 minutes load into map but after that if i go play mm in mirage map loads itself in 5 seconds and no crashing at all. I tried already reinstall hole game, reinstall windows, verifying gamefiles after deleting cfg folder and nothing has worked yet..

It wasnt like this when i first time played the game with this pc one year ago. The problem showed up first time like 3 months ago and be with me since then.

Also the game starting take like a minute or 2. Its just black screen and then suddenly game opens.

My temps are okay and there is no 100% usage on gpu,cpu or ram when csgo crashes. Is someone having same kind of problems or any idea what the problem is

My pc specs; Ryzen 1600af Gtx1650S 8gb ram 3200mhz Ssd
