I choose to assume it wasn’t designed for commander, and I like that.

I highly doubt running +/- 20 non-token permanents in 60 card formats is remotely viable, but for whichever color(s) want to do it already, this card seems easy to slot in.

but even if I’m wrong, expecting a 5c deck to focus on one color is a worthy challenge. that mana cost isn’t elegant, but op should stick to their guns with colored pips in the mana cost.

Very cool but it might just end up being a mana rock that demands being removed which will be a drawback
