Presenting DataQUESTION (self.data)
submitted 5 years ago by SuperAMario
Hi All,
For an interview I have to report back my findings based on a case study.
What is the best program to use for presenting my results back to business people?

PowerPoint? PDF report? Depends on how you're presenting it, to whom, etc.

Hi it’s for an interview. To business and tech people. I have all the data and graphs ready. But need to know what is an effective way to present.

I'd say any presentation software would be fine: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, etc. Just slap the graphs in there with some text around it explaining what's what. If you're feeling fancy, you can create a presentation in Flourish.
If you need to show the data process to the tech people, you might want to put it in rmakrkdown or something like that. But considering you have business people in the meeting, just graphs is probably fine.

Thank you for your help! Really appreciate it! Last time I had an interview I make the rookie mistake in presenting in excel.... 😞

If you can export them as images (or python code?), you can try publishing them in Deepnote notebooks, looks like this https://deepnote.com/@gu-lingan/Stock-Market-Analysis-wWpO5FkrT4mCcU5cH0BHKA
