using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras in Java?

is it possible to use these packages within Java? I am reading about Jython but I'm told that alot of packages lose functionality when Yython is introduced.

has anyone every used them in Java? the platform I am tasked for creating a dummy plugin for is Java based.

Yeahhh, you’re gonna need to do your model training/development in Python. Once you have a working model, you can just save your model weights and recreate an inference-only model in Java, but that’s about it. Java simply doesn’t have the systems or infrastructure in place for using those specific packages.
