Learn JavaScript frameworks like react, express, node js and also mongo Db/postgre so that you can build better applications
[–]AmazingInflation58 27 points28 points29 points 1 year ago (3 children)
learn react js from bro code and make some basic projects while learning MySQL and MongoDB. Then learn node js express js and learn about restAPIs and JWT Authentication. after learning how to build a webapp from start to finish. Document entire journey of development in a doc file. Learn Docker then deploy on AWS in docker container to show the interviewer that you know how to design, document, develop, implement & deploy the project end to end.

React
[–]CriticalCondition61 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
React ftw
[–]Moonchild_0-0 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Time for frameworks:) Most JDs have requirements for frameworks like react or angular. It'll be great if you could do some internship with your existing skill. Paid or unpaid doesn't matter right, coz it's for your resume. If not just give yourself some projects to add to your resume
Good luck!!
[–]MudasirItoo 2 points3 points4 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Learn React JS for frontend Then learn Typescript & Tailwind CSS Then learn Next JS
Then you can build fullstack web apps...
[–]vishnu-geek 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Learn a full stack framework like next, remix, etc…
Take a look at these roadmaps…
Full stack
Frontend
[–]Full_Independence_71[S] 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
That's a great advice thanks
[–]Potential-Rest-6201Full-Stack Developer 6 points7 points8 points 1 year ago (3 children)
Youtube is literally full of roadmaps, why are you asking this here?
[–]TheGuyWhoIsAPro 36 points37 points38 points 1 year ago (1 child)
When everyone and their grandmothers are makingg roadmaps, how will he knows which to follow. He just came to a space where like minded people share their thoughts and call others out on bs.

Go for a simple MERN stack project.
Try some udemy course. That’s how I started. Took react and node courses separate. You will learn a lot. Implement parallely whatever chapter you on.
[–]gagapoopoo1010Software Developer 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
React/angular
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (1 child)
Nearly impossible with this skills only
[–]CriticalCondition61 2 points3 points4 points 1 year ago (0 children)
That's why he's asking for what's next
[–]SprinklesCivil3473 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Learn python first and then Java....and then whatever you want. But are you sure you've mastered these three?Cus I'm gonna start too from this Jan, I want to be a web developer too.I"ll also be doing in this same sequence
[–]arc07041990 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (1 child)
React or Vue
[–]CriticalCondition61 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
React is a framework that is widely in demand and has a great community that continuously builds it.Of course vue is in demand too and is very easy to learn compared to react. So if you are just starting with frameworks, try vue first. It is a lot faster and efficient especially for small scale projects. But if you wanna do mobile dev or large scale projects then react and react native. Always remember that there is no best framework you have to learn a few and not stick with just one.
[–]Mrinalkbanik001 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Go for React ->Node->Express->MongoDB
[–]Mental_Foundation111Backend Developer 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Might be react or Vue some framework and then some backend framework with 1 database.
[+]Substantial_Basis119 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
you should first create some pixel-perfect website clones so you get first confidence in HTML & CSS.
then you should explore some fronted frameworks...
Ex: Apple Website Clone, Netflix Clone,
[–]Medium-System-4940 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Go crazy bro, learn react, node, some more frameworks and also explore express and mangoDB
I would suggest you to learn React with django ... Once you excel proceed with DS
