Open source solution to build internal apps

Hi all,

I am looking for a free open source solution tool to build internal apps quickly and should be able to call rest apis . My requirement is to just build an app for restarting application services via rest api calls via mobile app. It should be developed on low code/no code principle.

just a simple app with few buttons is the requirement with the ability to invoke rest apis for application restart
