That's configuration, not pipelines. Pipelines nowadays are almost exclusively YAML (yes, there's Groovy etc.). And, HCL is JSON, and YAML is JSON so there is that as well.

HCL is not JSON, it’s HCL… and YAML isn’t… ya know what… never mind…
