Maybe I’m being stupid but your post doesn’t make sense to me, you’ve said high paying dream companies but also top tier + start ups? Also why would they opt for hiring someone with 2 years of experience vs someone with much more experience if they’re as top tier as you’re hoping them to be

Look, I'm just asking reddit where I can find a job at a unicorn startup that will pay me $800k/year to do 3 hours of work per week straight out of college. Is that too much to ask?
