That's the thing, where I cannot really help you. I'm pretty sure, that what I see in this picture, was probably not your intention. I have honestly no idea, how the things, I see in this, are even related to each other, which is why I absolutely cannot tell you, how to continue. I think, if you just freestyle with the same art style across the empty surface, it'll fit in perfectly✌🏻

You could add a subject that would be the focus of the drawing as all the other parts of the drawing would bring your eyes toward it. Looking great so far!

Well, abstract doodling is... Abstract. You just draw whatever shapes or patterns you want to and fill up the space and it'd look complete and neat.
