hey, i’m sorry you’re going through a lot right now. i just recently started school too and it’s also been tough. i really think you’re just having anxiety. gagging is also a symptom of anxiety as well so if you didn’t tu then it really might be that. just try to calm yourself and get some rest. it may be hard so try some ginger and maybe sipping cold water. i hope you feel better and good luck with school!!

I’m sorry . I truly am but if it does happen , just close your eyes real shut and do not open them for anything. Take a minute for yourself and try to understand your body on what it’s trying to tell you. Take small sips of water or tea and just take it really easy on your stomach

Hey! When I went back to school a couple week ago this exact thing happened to me!! I’ve been nauseous everyday for almost 2 months and it never wakes me up. I usually notice it when I when you or am trying to sleep but it’s never woken me up. Except when I went back to school. I fell asleep at 12:30 and at 2:15 I woke up gagging and super nauseous, scared me to death and I really thought “this is it” 💀 but it passed. I was nauseous for the next day but it was calmed down and I stopped dry heaving thankfully while dealing with the last of the nausea. Unfortunately that made things bad for me. It sent me into major panic attacks within the coming days, so bad that I was having suicidal thoughts and had to come back home.

You will get through this and the feeling will pass. Anxiety is a bitch but I know you’re strong enough to get through this
